Refund Policy

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; the cancellation screen states whether access continues to the end of the paid period.

Credit packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases that are delivered to your wallet immediately after payment is confirmed. Because credits can be consumed as soon as they are delivered, unused-credit refunds are considered case by case.

Failed generations

If a generation fails before a billable render is produced, the reserved credits are returned to your wallet automatically. This is a credit restoration, not a monetary refund.

Requesting a refund

Send a refund request through our contact page including your account email, the charge date and the reason. We review requests individually and respond by email.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank so we can resolve the issue directly.
